SYNOPIS

Digitized Super 8 films, 1981-2003 499 min. This anthology film consists of 47 shorts shot by Tiravanija on Super 8 between 1981 and the early 2000s. He made the earliest film in Toronto while he was a student (untitled 1981 (experimental film no. 2), 1981) and the later films in New York (The Hat Makes The Man, 1983), Berlin (Greifswalder Strasse and Loveparade on TV, both 1998), Thailand (My Father at the Beach, 1997), and beyond (Artists Stranded in Saint Kitts by Hurricane Lenny (6th Caribbean Biennial), 2001).
