SYNOPIS

Months after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, racial tensions deepen in Los Angeles, California. As anti-Japanese xenophobia grips the city, the Chinese residents feel pressured to distinguish themselves from their unpopular Japanese neighbors.
