SYNOPIS
Two sisters: Celia, a spinster who never lost hope of getting married and Aída, a widowed woman, carry a solitary routine in the neighborhood of Chacarita, a life that revolves around gossip about all its neighbors. Both wait for the imminent arrival of Marita, the only daughter of Aída, who settled in Canada, will come to look for them to take them to Toronto and take care of them in their old age. Aida wants to meet her granddaughters and recover her family before she dies, while Celia has no affectionate ties to Argentina until Angel, the building manager, declares her love to her.
