SYNOPIS

Billy Quill, a bashful bookkeeper, loves Marjorie Keyes, the pretty stenographer. Anatole, the French barber, is also in love with Marjorie, but he is not at all bashful and makes himself a pest by declaring his love for her at every opportunity.
